administrative support.

Job Purpose

The HR cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing core HR

operations and office administration to support Thywork’s growing engineering

and manufacturing workforce. The role ensures statutory compliance, structured

people processes, and smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, engineering, and support

roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and

onboarding.

• Prepare and issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal

letters, and exit documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

• Manage attendance, leave, and shift records for office and factory

employees.

• Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, incentives, and

statutory deductions.

• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement

initiatives.

• Address employee concerns and grievances at an initial level and escalate

when required.

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and code of

conduct.

• Coordinate training programs related to safety, skill development, and

compliance.

Administration Responsibilities

• Manage overall office and factory administration, ensuring smooth daily

operations.

• Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery,

and facility maintenance.

• Oversee office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

• Maintain asset registers, inventory records, and administrative

documentation.

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees, vendors, and

visitors.

• Support audits, inspections, and compliance documentation related to

administration and HR.

• Organize internal meetings, reviews, and company events.

• Act as a liaison with external agencies, service providers, and government

offices when required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of HR operations in an engineering or manufacturing

setup.

• Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

• Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related

discipline.

• MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in HR & Administration.

• Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or automation industry

will be an advantage.
