Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Executive to handle multiple HR functions including recruitment, training & development, employee relations, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Plan and execute employee training & development programs
• Maintain healthy employee relations and handle grievances professionally
• Support performance appraisal processes
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in engagement activities and internal communications
• Will need to work on Digital marketing initiatives and other project in the company.

Key Skills:

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a generalist HR role preferred
