Hiring: HR Manager

About the Role:

The HR Manager plays a key role in managing the organization’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The role ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains the best talent while maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and support employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
• Maintain HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance records.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters and organizational growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS software and Excel.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities.
• High sense of integrity and confidentiality.
