Job Title HR Executive

Reports To HR Manager / HR Head
Job Summary : An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, policy implementation, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports organizational growth through effective workforce management.
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection Post job openings on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Assist in onboarding New pan India Coordinators Freelancers.
- required to hire New Pan India Coordinators Freelancers.
- 2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
- Collect and maintain employee documents.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- 3. Payroll & Attendance Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing.
- Maintain leave management systems.
- 4. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment.
- 5. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure employees follow company policies.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- 6. Performance Management Support Assist in employee performance reviews.
- Maintain appraisal records.
- Support HR development initiatives.
- Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Recruitment and interviewing skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
- Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
- MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred
- Experience1–3 years of experience in HR or related field (for executive level)
