Job Title HR Executive

Reports To HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary : An HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, policy implementation, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports organizational growth through effective workforce management.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection Post job openings on job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Assist in onboarding New pan India Coordinators Freelancers.
  • required to hire New Pan India Coordinators Freelancers.
  • 2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Collect and maintain employee documents.
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • 3. Payroll & Attendance Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing.
  • Maintain leave management systems.
  • 4. Employee Relations Address employee queries and grievances.
  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • 5. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure employees follow company policies.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • 6. Performance Management Support Assist in employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain appraisal records.
  • Support HR development initiatives.
  • Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Recruitment and interviewing skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
  • Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration
  • MBA or PGDM in HR is preferred
  • Experience1–3 years of experience in HR or related field (for executive level)
