HR Executive

An HR Executive (Human Resources Executive) is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and overall workforce management. They act as a bridge between employees and management to ensure a positive and productive workplace.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Draft and post job descriptions

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Conduct initial HR interviews

Manage offer letters and appointment letters

Oversee onboarding and induction processes

Employee Relations

Address employee queries and grievances

Maintain employee records and documentation

Support performance appraisal processes

Assist in employee engagement activities

Payroll & Compensation

Coordinate payroll processing

Track attendance, leave records, and overtime

Manage benefits administration (PF, ESI, insurance, etc.)

Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Update and implement HR policies

Maintain statutory records and documentation

Training & Development

Identify training needs

Coordinate internal and external training programs

Track employee skill development
