Job Description

  • 1. HR Operations & Employee LifecycleManage employee records, HRMIS, documentation, and personnel files.
  • Handle confirmations, promotions, transfers, role changes, and exits.
  • Issue HR letters (confirmation, appraisal, disciplinary, warning, etc.).
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and shift management systems.
  • 2. Policy, Process & ComplianceDraft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements:

  • PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for audits and statutory filings.
  • Handle inspections, notices, and legal HR matters.
  • 3. Payroll & Compensation ManagementCoordinate monthly payroll processing with finance.
  • Ensure accurate salary structures, deductions, and benefits.
  • Manage increments, revisions, and incentive structures.
  • Maintain CTC benchmarking and internal parity.
  • 4. Performance Management System (PMS)Design and manage appraisal frameworks.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting cycles.
  • Track KRA/KPI achievement and link to rewards.
  • 5. Employee Engagement & CultureDrive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct feedback sessions, town halls, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Promote company values and workplace ethics.
  • 6. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs across departments.
  • Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and ROI.
  • 7. Industrial Relations & Site HRManage HR operations at project sites.
  • Handle contract labor compliance and coordination.
  • Address workforce disputes and site-level HR issues.
  • 8. HR Analytics & ReportingPrepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.
  • Analyze attrition, productivity, engagement, and absenteeism.
