Job Summary
Metro Homes is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across sales, site operations, and corporate roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for sales, back-office roles
- Sourcing candidates via job portals, social media & referrals
- Screening resumes & coordinating interviews
- Candidate follow-ups & joining coordination
- Maintaining recruitment data & reports
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Experience in sales/real estate hiring preferred
Working Days: 6 Days a week
