Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Recruitment In MEP Industry Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing.
• Recruitment In Project Based Company.
• Recruitment In Fire Safety Industry, MEP Industry
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Recruitment In Software Industry.
• Performance Management:
• Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
• Identify training and development needs for employees.
• Compliance and Policy Development:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Workplace Culture:
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
• Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (MBA) preferred.

• Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
