End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Interview Coordination

• Conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during the hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Offer & Documentation

• Coordinate offer letter release and salary negotiation.
• Collect required documents from selected candidates.

Recruitment Records

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and status updates.

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with HR and department managers to understand manpower requirements.
