We are looking for a Talented Human Resource Manager to join our team and help us create compelling content that resonates with our audience.


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager who will oversee the complete Employee Life Cycle within our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across sales, marketing, operations, and corporate roles. This position plays a key role in shaping culture, driving performance, and supporting our business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:

l Develop and execute hiring strategies for sales, site teams, marketing, and support functions.

l Create compelling job descriptions aligned with real estate requirements.

l Build a strong employer brand through social media, job portals, and referral programs.

l Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, assessments, and final selection.


2. Onboarding & Cultural Integration:

l Lead structured onboarding programs to ensure new hires understand company culture and operations.

l Provide training on inventory, CRM systems, project knowledge, and compliance (RERA, company SOPs).

l Ensure seamless joining formalities and timely system access.


3. Training & Learning Development:

l Identify training needs across departments, especially sales and operations teams.

l Conduct sessions for negotiation skills, client handling, product knowledge, and legal compliance.

l Partner with leadership for continuous capability development and upskilling.

l Maintain training calendars, attendance, and effectiveness reports.


4. Performance Management:

l Implement monthly/quarterly performance reviews aligned with real estate KPIs (site visits, bookings, closures, revenue targets).

l Work closely with team leaders to monitor productivity and provide feedback mechanisms.

l Drive performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.

l Recognize and reward top performers.


5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

l Plan and execute engagement activities, competitions, and recognition programs.

l Conduct monthly connects, feedback sessions, and team-building initiatives.

l Maintain a positive environment in high-pressure real estate teams.


6. Career Progression & Succession Planning:

l Map clear growth paths across sales and corporate roles.

l Identify high-potential employees for leadership development.

l Facilitate internal promotions and talent mobility.


7. Retention & Employee Relations:

l Address employee concerns with transparency and fairness.

l Conduct stay interviews to reduce attrition.

l Support grievance handling and workplace issue resolution.

l Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies.


8. Exit Management & Continuous Improvement:

l Manage smooth offboarding, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

l Identify insights from exits to improve HR processes.

l Maintain positive relationships with alumni for referrals or rehiring.


Key Skills Required:

l Strong knowledge of the real estate workforce and industry processes.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

l Ability to handle fast-paced, target-driven environments.

l Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and reporting.

l Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.


Qualifications:

l Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.

l 3–8 years of HR experience (real estate experience preferred).

l Hands-on experience managing the full HR life cycle.
