Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive CRM & In-House Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle inbound leads, and drive sales through effective follow-ups and data-driven engagement. The role combines CRM management, lead nurturing, and closing in-house sales while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCRM ManagementMaintain and update customer data in the CRM system
  • Track leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales pipelines
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
  • Generate CRM reports and analyze customer behavior and sales performance
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams using CRM insights
  • In-House SalesHandle inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos (if required)
  • Follow up with warm and existing leads to close sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ensure timely response to customer queries and concerns
  • Coordinate post-sales support and customer onboarding
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in CRM handling and in-house sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage sales pipelines efficiently
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in [industry: real estate / IT / education / healthcare / SaaS, etc.]
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer analytics
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead conversion rate
  • Sales revenue achieved
  • CRM data accuracy and follow-up compliance
  • Customer retention and satisfaction
