Industrial Automation Trainer

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Teaching & Training

Deliver training on PLC, SCADA, HMI (especially Siemens systems)

Teach electrical design using EPLAN Electric P8

Conduct practical lab sessions + live industrial projects

Train students on panel wiring, sensors, and automation systems

🛠 Course Development

Prepare training material (notes, PPTs, assignments)

Design real-world automation projects (e.g., conveyor, motor control)

Update curriculum based on industry trends

🎓 Student Support

Guide students in projects & internships

Conduct mock interviews and technical sessions

Help students with job placement preparation

🧠 Required Skills

Strong PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Function Block)

SCADA/HMI development (like WinCC)

Hands-on experience in EPLAN Electric P8

Electrical panel design knowledge

Good communication & teaching skills

🎓 Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)

Certification in PLC/SCADA or EPLAN preferred

💼 Experience

Minimum 2–5 years industrial experience (very important)

Teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory
