Job Description:
Emversity is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic offline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through calls and walk-ins.
This role requires close collaboration with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head, and City Head, playing a key role in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads
Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Maintain regular communication with leads through calls and emails
- Build relationships and nurture prospects
Lead Qualification
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Gather key information to understand customer needs and buying intent
Sales Closure Support
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team to facilitate deal closures
- Handle objections and support negotiations
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Field Sales Team
CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead generation strategies
Performance Management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Graduation preferred
- Candidates with experience in Banking, BPO, Sales, or EdTech will have an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
