Job Description:

Emversity is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic offline sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through calls and walk-ins.

This role requires close collaboration with the Inside Sales Head, Business Head, and City Head, playing a key role in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Engagement

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads

Follow-Up & Nurturing

  • Maintain regular communication with leads through calls and emails
  • Build relationships and nurture prospects

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Gather key information to understand customer needs and buying intent

Sales Closure Support

  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to facilitate deal closures
  • Handle objections and support negotiations

Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Field Sales Team

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to align on lead generation strategies

Performance Management

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment


Eligibility:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Graduation preferred
  • Candidates with experience in Banking, BPO, Sales, or EdTech will have an added advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
