About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Specialist who can manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify potential customers, and convert them into confirmed site visits or sales opportunities. The candidate will play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the initial stages of the solar installation journey.

This role requires strong communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to close deals over calls and digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management

  • Handle inbound leads from digital platforms (Facebook, Google, website, referrals, etc.)
  • Make prompt outbound calls to new leads and inquiries
  • Qualify leads based on property type, electricity consumption, and budget

Customer Engagement

  • Explain solar rooftop solutions, benefits, ROI, and government subsidies
  • Address customer queries and build trust through professional consultation
  • Nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups

Sales Conversion

  • Convert leads into confirmed site surveys or direct sales opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the field sales or technical team for site visits and closures

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in Zoho CRM
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and sales progress systematically
  • Ensure data discipline and proper lead management

Performance & Targets

  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios and response time
  • Continuously optimize the sales process based on customer feedback
  • Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of inside sales or telesales experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience handling high-value or consultative sales
  • Ability to build rapport and close customers over phone or video calls
  • Strong follow-up discipline and lead management
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM)
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience in solar rooftop, home improvement, real estate, or energy sector
  • Understanding of residential solar systems and subsidies
  • Experience handling digital marketing leads
