Job Responsibilities:

- Handle insurance-related inquiries from patients and insurance companies

- Coordinate with insurance companies for cashless treatment approvals

- Manage reimbursement claims and ensure timely settlements

- Liaise with patients, hospital staff, and insurance companies to resolve queries and issues

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance coordination, preferably in a hospital setting in Pune

- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
