Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Designer (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior design and a proven track record of sales success. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending interior design solutions that align with their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage high-profile interior design projects from concept to completion.

·      Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences, translating them into stunning design concepts.

·      Mentor and guide junior design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.

·      Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring cutting-edge design solutions to our projects.

·      Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

·      Excellent client management skills.

·      Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a design team.

 

Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design/Architecture. 

·      Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the interior design or related industry.

·      Strong design acumen and creativity, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas effectively.

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

·      Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals, meet sales targets, and drive business growth.

·      Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.

·      Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
