Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in commercial interior design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project involvement—from conceptual design to execution and on-site supervision.

This role requires strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and excellent project coordination skills. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to bring innovative and functional spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interior concepts for commercial spaces including offices, retail outlets, hospitality venues, and more.

Prepare space planning, mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

Produce detailed working drawings and documentation for execution using AutoCAD.

Create 3D visualizations using SketchUp with V-Ray, 3DS Max, or equivalent rendering software.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the execution phase.

Conduct site visits for supervision and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

Research and source materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes appropriate for each project.

Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in interior design projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray / 3DS Max / or equivalent visualization software.

Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with sustainable design principles.

Experience with project budgeting and cost estimation.
