Interior Designer

Role Description :

• Assist in creating mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Help in developing floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations (using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, V ray ).
• Support senior designers in space planning, furniture layout, and interior detailing.
• Prepare and revise drawings, construction documents, and specifications under supervision.
• Assist in creating material schedules, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) lists, and finish schedules.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in documenting existing conditions.
• Coordinate with vendors to gather samples, catalogs, and pricing information.
• Assist in researching and sourcing furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor.
• Attend client meetings with senior designers to take notes and help with follow-up tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants as needed.
• Help with client presentations and design revisions based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 yrs of experience in Interior Design
• A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to craft innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams
