Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and execute interior design and fit-out projects end-to-end
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and consultants
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
• Manage vendor selection, procurement, and material sourcing
• Conduct site visits to supervise work and ensure quality standards
• Handle client communication and provide regular project updates
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, and design challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Review drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and technical documents
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–8+ years of experience in interior project management or fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel (knowledge of SketchUp/Revit is a plus)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferred Skills:Experience in residential/commercial interior projects
• Vendor and contractor management expertise
• Budget control and cost estimation skills
• Knowledge of local building regulations and approvals
