Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and fluent English-speaking professionals for our international voice process. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and generating leads for IT and BPO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients/customers over the phone
- Provide accurate product/service information
