International Voice Process Agent

Job Overview:

Join Genq Technologies as an International Voice Process Executive to handle outbound care calls for U.S. Medicare members. The role involves explaining medication management services, verifying eligibility, and transferring qualified customers for enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. Medicare members
• Explain the Care medication management and delivery service
• Ask qualifying questions related to medications and insurance providers
• Identify eligible customers and transfer qualified calls
• Follow compliance guidelines and maintain call quality

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Customers must be on prescribed routine medications (no OTC or vitamins)
• Customers should be taking multiple medications daily
• Accurate verification of medication count and insurance provider is mandatory
• Call transfers are restricted for Humana, Kaiser, and VA

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience in international voice/BPO or U.S. healthcare preferred
• Strong listening and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
