Job Title: Voice Process Executive (IT/BPO)

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and fluent English-speaking professionals for our international voice process. The role involves handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and generating leads for IT and BPO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients/customers over the phone
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Handle customer queries and follow-up efficiently
- Meet daily/weekly targets and quality standards
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication in English
