 IT Recruiter – EU / UK / INDIA

• Experience: 3–12 years

• Location: PUNE, KOLKATA, HYDERABAD offices (100% Work from home).

• Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

• Salary:12000 to 15000 per month .

• Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (junior to senior levels).
• - Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• - Screen and evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.
• - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• - Partner with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• - Negotiate job offers, salaries, and joining formalities with selected candidates.
• - Stay up to date with current IT market trends, tools, and competitive hiring strategies.

• Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, etc.).
• - Proficient in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• - Strong organizational and time management skills.
• - Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven approach.

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• - 1-3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (preferably in an agency or corporate setup).
• - Knowledge of various recruitment techniques, including sourcing and headhunting.
