Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
• Explain features, 92.5 Silver purity, Gold karat, and Diamond quality, along with jewellery designs to help customers choose the right product
• Assist customers in selecting rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewellery items
• Convert walk-in customers into successful sales
• Maintain excellent customer service and a premium store experience
• Handle billing, cash/card payments, and POS system
• Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock coordination
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience in retail or jewellery sales preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a jewellery showroom environment
