Jr. Accountant

• Position: Junior AccountantJob Responsibilities

(Expected Skills):Proper working knowledge of Tally (voucher entry, ledger maintenance, reports)

• Preparation of Sales Invoices and Purchase Invoices
• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Handling Credit Notes and Debit Notes
• Account Reconciliation (customer & vendor)
• Account Confirmation / Reconfirmation with parties

• Drafting professional emails related to:
• Credit notes
• Account reconciliation
• Balance confirmation

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Maintaining accuracy and proper documentation of financial records
• Educational Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Accounting-related course
• Candidates who are appearing or recently completed are also eligible
• Experience:6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Freshers with strong practical Tally knowledge may also be considered
• Age Limit:21 to 30 years
• Preferred Skills:Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
