Jr Accountant

Maintain and manage site-wise expenses, including verification and recording of bills, vouchers, and petty cash.

Data entry in Tally for purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.

Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts on a daily basis.

Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Coordinate with site engineers/project managers for expense details and supporting documents.

Track vendor invoices and assist in payment processing.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.

Support in monthly closing of accounts and basic MIS reports.

Assist in compliance-related work such as GST data preparation (basic level).

Follow company accounting policies and internal controls.
