Job Description
- You will do food preparation work and basic cooking in your section of the kitchen, be it Tandoor, Indian and so on. You will work under the supervision of Demi-Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie or Trainee chef
- As a Commi – 1/2/3 you are responsible for supporting the Demi-Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keeps up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
- Organize, stock, and maintain the workstation for smooth service.
- Adhere strictly to HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimize wastage.
