Job Description: Lead Generation Executive (BPO Voice Process)

Role Overview

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying business opportunities, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role requires a persuasive communicator who can navigate gatekeepers, handle objections effectively, and maintain a high volume of activity in a fast-paced BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers using provided databases or lead lists.

Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify prospects based on specific criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline).

Pitching & Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits of products or services to pique interest and schedule follow-up appointments or demos.

Data Management: Accurately record all call activities, lead details, and appointment schedules in the CRM system.

Performance Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and quality benchmarks.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, professional voice and neutral accent.

Persuasion: Proven ability to influence decision-makers and handle rejection with a positive attitude.

Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) and VOIP dialing systems.

Active Listening:Ability to listen intently to customer needs and pivot the conversation accordingly.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Resilience: High energy levels and the ability to maintain focus throughout a full shift of repetitive calling.

Language: Fluency in English
