Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage forward logistics shipments

* Handle reverse logistics and returns

* Coordinate with courier and logistics partners

* Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

* Maintain shipment records and documentation

* Resolve delivery and return related issues

* Coordinate with warehouse team for dispatch and pickup

* Ensure accurate data entry and reporting

Required Skills and Qualities:

* Enthusiastic and eager to learn

* Good coordination and communication skills

* Basic knowledge of logistics operations is a plus

* Ability to manage tasks efficiently and handle responsibility

Stipend / Salary:

₹8,000 to ₹10,000 per month
