Role SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities·        Operate and monitor assigned machinery during production.

·        Set up machines according to job specifications.

·        Ensure production targets are met within the given timeline.

·        Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.

·        Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately.

·        Maintain proper documentation of production output and downtime.

·        Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

·        Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required.

Required Skills &

Competencies·        Basic knowledge of machine operations and production processes.

·        Ability to read and understand work instructions.

·        Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

·        Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

·        Ability to work in shifts.

·        Team player with good communication skills.

Educational Qualification·        Minimum 10th / 12th pass (ITI / Diploma preferred).

Experience·        0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.

·        Freshers with technical background may also apply.
