Marketing Executive – INFINEA HBOT & Wellness Center (Pune)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to increase brand visibility, build referral networks, and generate leads through digital marketing and field outreach with doctors and wellness partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media and paid ads (Meta & Google)
• Create marketing materials (flyers, brochures, creatives)
• Visit doctors, clinics, gyms, spas & sports associations for referrals
• Represent INFINEA at events and wellness programs
• Lead follow-ups via WhatsApp, SMS, email & CRM
• Track performance and submit regular reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications
• 1–3 years experience in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle marketing
• Strong communication in English, Marathi & Hindi
• Two-wheeler mandatory (local travel required)
• Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads & CRM

Good to Have:

• Experience in wellness or clinic marketing
• Local referral network (doctors, gyms, wellness brands)
• Knowledge of HBOT, IV Drips, or regenerative therapies
