Marketing Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MBA (Marketing) professional to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities across digital and offline channels. The role involves lead generation, campaign management, market analysis, customer engagement, and sales coordination to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns for product promotion
• Identify target audiences and create market penetration strategies

2. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

• Generate qualified leads through:
• Digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Website enquiries and landing pages
• Offline activities (events, references, field marketing)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Coordinate with sales and telecalling teams for lead follow-up

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication
• Support content creation for ads, creatives, and promotional materials
• Work with tools like WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and CRM
• Assist in basic design coordination (Canva or similar tools)

4. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and trends
• Analyze pricing, promotions, and product positioning
• Prepare reports on market insights, campaign results, and customer behavior

5. Sales Coordination & Customer Engagement

• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers
• Participate in customer calls, meetings, and presentations when required
• Support upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention initiatives

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports
• Track leads, conversions, campaign costs, and ROI
• Present performance insights and improvement suggestions to management

Key Requirements

Educational Qualification

• MBA in Marketing (Fresher or up to 2 years experience)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp)
• Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Hands-on experience with digital ads or lead generation campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Basic graphic tools like Canva
• Experience in FMCG, Health, Wellness, or E-commerce marketing

• Working Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
