Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom automation machines and special-purpose machines (SPM).

• Prepare 2D/3D models and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo.

• Develop mechanical systems for automated production lines.

• Coordinate with electrical and PLC teams for machine integration.

• Conduct machine trials, testing, and performance validation.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues in automation systems..

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Support production team in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) development.

• Knowledge of pneumatic circuit design.

• Familiarity with industrial robotics (optional).

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good project management and coordination abilities.
