Medical Representative – Job Role & Responsibilities1. Doctor & Clinic Visits

• Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
• Promote company products ethically and professionally
• Build strong, long-term relationships with doctors

2. Product Promotion

• Explain product benefits, usage, and differentiation clearly
• Present samples, visual aids, and promotional materials
• Handle doctor queries confidently

3. Sales & Targets

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate prescriptions and improve brand visibility
• Track competitor activities and market trends

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates
• Coordinate with stockists, distributors, and managers
• Ensure product availability in assigned territory

5. Territory Management

• Plan routes and doctor coverage efficiently
• Expand territory by onboarding new doctors & chemists
• Maintain brand image in the market

6. Compliance & Ethics

• Follow company policies and medical marketing ethics
• Ensure accurate product information at all times
• Skills RequiredGood communication & convincing skills
