Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads and Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing ad campaigns, analyzing data, and achieving strong ROI through strategic targeting and creative optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Write compelling ad copies and optimize creatives for better CTR and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost per conversion.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and daily spend tracking.
• Set up remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to the marketing team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
