MIS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & CRM MIS

• Maintain sales MIS for leads, site visits, bookings, cancellations, and agreements
• Update CRM data regularly and generate daily/weekly sales reports
• Track broker/channel partner performance

2. Project & Site MIS

• Prepare MIS for project progress, site activities, manpower, and material status
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily data
• Maintain site-wise and project-wise trackers

3. Collection & Finance Coordination

• Track customer payments, outstanding amounts, and demand schedules
• Share collection MIS with sales and accounts teams
• Support agreement, registration, and documentation status tracking

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare dashboards for management review
• Analyze trends in sales performance, inventory, and collections
• Highlight delays, gaps, and deviations in reports

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain records of approvals, drawings, agreements, and statutory documents
• Ensure proper filing (soft & hard copies)
• Keep historical MIS for audits and reference

6. Tools & Systems

• Advanced usage of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Update data in CRM/ERP systems
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Key Skills Required

• Strong Excel & reporting skills
• Understanding of real estate sales & construction workflow
• Good coordination with sales, site, and accounts teams
• Attention to detail & deadline management
• Ideal Candidate Profile Graduate (Commerce / Management / IT preferred)
• Experience in real estate or construction MIS preferred
