Office Boy / Peon

Maintain office cleanliness including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas (in the absence of mavshi)

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors (in the absence of mavshi)

Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office setup

Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing work

Move documents, files, and materials within office departments

Deliver and collect couriers, documents, and materials from external locations

Assist in purchasing office and pantry supplies

Maintain stock of office supplies and pantry items

Maintain warehouse stock of UPS and inverter batteries (inward & outward)

Assist in loading and unloading of materials

Ensure proper storage and handling of batteries

Check for any damage or leakage and report issues

Support in dispatch and receiving of goods

Open and close office and ensure lights, AC, and electrical items are switched off
