Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the workplace.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises (floor, desks, pantry, washroom, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents
- Assist in opening and closing the office daily
- Deliver and collect documents from banks, courier offices, or other locations
- Manage office supplies and inform for restocking
- Assist staff with basic office tasks when required
- Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture and equipment
