Job Title: Onsite Executives

Role Overview

We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years experience in sales. This is a high-impact, sales-driven role at its core. The position demands strong lead generation abilities both over calls and on the ground, along with the drive to convert prospects into clients. You will be actively engaging with direct clients, brokers and PG. The role requires sharp selling skills, proactive client outreach, and effective coordination with internal teams to close deals and deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients, brokers, builders, societies and PGs through calls and field visits
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients on the platform
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to explain the platform and close onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of clients
• Regularly follow up with prospects to move them towards conversion
• Sell and upsell Condivio packages and educate clients on product benefits and usage
• Maintain records of outreach, meetings, and conversions in the CRM or assigned tools
• Monitor activity and opportunities in the assigned locality to expand the client
• Achieve targets related to outreach, meetings, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate from any field
• Sales experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and local language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong in sales and calling
• A basic understanding of the real estate market is preferred
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
• 2-Wheeler is required as the role involves field travel

Compensation and Benefits

• 18,000-25,000 monthly in hand salary (Based on profile, location and experience)
• Travel Allowance
• Incentives based on sales performance
