Operations Manager (Part-Time) – Early Morning | GIMME Delivery Shift: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM (6 hours)

Salary: ₹15,000/month + incentives (up to ₹25,000)

Location: Remote – Supporting New Zealand Operations

Job Summary

We are hiring a Part-Time Operations Manager to manage early-morning delivery operations. The role focuses on coordinating deliveries, supporting customers, and ensuring timely fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily orders and delivery flow
• Coordinate with delivery partners for on-time deliveries
• Respond to customer queries via chat/phone
• Handle delivery exceptions and resolve issues
• Report operational performance

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English)
• Basic computer skills
• Prior operations/logistics experience preferred
• Ability to work early-morning shift (3 AM–8 AM)
• Customer-focused attitude
