Outlet Manager

POSITION: OUTLET MANAGER

SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily operations of all outlets
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Track sales and control expenses
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Assist in opening new outlets (location survey, setup, launch)
• Hire and train new staff
• Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency
• Travel to other cities/out of Pune when required for outlet setup and management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure smooth functioning of all outlets
• Support planning and execution of new outlet openings
• Maintain and improve sales and profitability

REQUIREMENT:

• Willing to travel outside Pune when needed
