🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Connect with companies and HR teams to bring job opportunities for students

✔ Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR managers, and hiring partners

✔ Coordinate student placement drives and interview schedules

✔ Conduct mock interviews (HR round preparation)

✔ Guide students on resume building and interview readiness

✔ Track student placement progress and job applications

✔ Share job openings and internship opportunities with students

✔ Maintain placement records and reports

✔ Support students in career guidance and job preparation

💼 Required Skills

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Good understanding of HR interview process

✔ Ability to interact with companies and recruiters

✔ Strong organizational and follow-up skills

✔ Experience in placement coordination / HR / recruitment (preferred)
