Job Description: Sales Executive (Real Estate)Company: Paradise Realty (Channel Partner Firm)

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Candidate Requirements:Minimum education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Any (Freshers are welcome)
• Basic English communication skills required
• Age: 18–25 years
• Only female candidates preferred
• Willingness to work in field sales and attend site visits
• Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Convincing and negotiation abilities
• Customer handling and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
• Salary & Benefits:₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
