Production Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Welding Engineer with hands-on experience in manufacturing fixture design, development, and validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality welded assemblies, optimizing welding processes, and designing jigs and fixtures to improve production efficiency and precision.

• Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and validate welding and machining fixtures for new product development and mass production.
• Plan and establish welding process parameters (WPS, PQR, WPQ) as per quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and weld integrity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for welding defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Optimize welding techniques, consumable selection, and process sequence for productivity improvement.
• Develop and maintain fixture documentation, BOMs, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with suppliers and tool rooms for fixture manufacturing and modifications.
• Support process validation, trials, and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and AWS welding standards.
