Production Supervisor

The Food Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities in a food manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring production processes, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity and maintain food safety standards.

1. Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight:

• Supervise and coordinate daily food production operations.

1. Quality Assurance & Food Safety:

• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
• Monitor product quality at all stages of production and resolve quality issues promptly.

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team productivity.

• Identify areas for process optimization and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.

1. Inventory & Resource Management:

• Oversee raw material usage and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation of production records and reports.

• Enforce compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures.
