Project Coordinator

 Field Operations Management:

o   Strong understanding of government schemes & Implementation.

o   Focus on Public Engagement & innovative strategy dovelopement.

o   Develop and implement plans in coordination with the Manager.

o   Oversee and manage daily field operations to ensure alignment with goals.

o   Managing the field force and getting timely updates from them.

o   Provide regular feedback to the Field Force and encourage them to take corrective measures on the identified gaps.

o   Coordination with Field Force through State Heads, Regional Coordinators etc.

Staff Supervision:

o   Planning, coordination, and execution of high impact field Activities

o   Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance.

o   Monitor performance and provide feedback to ensure high levels of motivation and productivity.

Logistics and Resource Management:

o   Manage field office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and technology.

o   Ensure efficient allocation and use of resources to support field activities.

o   Maintain accurate records and documentation of all field operations.
