Job Description
Monitor in-process and final inspection activities to ensure conformance to specifications
Analyze defects (short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage, etc.) and drive corrective actions
Support new product development (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans)
Work closely with production, tooling, and maintenance teams to improve process stability
Handle customer complaints and lead 8D / corrective action reports
Coordinate customer audits and respond to quality-related queries
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and SOPs
Conduct internal process and product audits
Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, rework, and customer rejections
