Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of mechanical parts
• Conduct in-process and final inspection as per quality standards
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Identify defects and report.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and safety guidelines

Required Skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Quality Inspection

✔ Knowledge of measuring instruments & gauges

✔ Understanding of mechanical drawings

✔ Good observation and analytical skills

✔ Basic documentation knowledge

✔ Willingness to work on shop floor
