Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for real estate.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
  • Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competition
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction closure
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
