About the role:           

At Bliss Realty, we are hiring for dynamic and extraordinary talents who will be essential in engaging with potential clients and understanding their unique needs. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
2. Pitch suitable residential or commercial properties based on client needs.
3. Coordinate and schedule face-to-face meetings and site visits.
4. Provide detailed project information and address client queries effectively.
5. Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert prospects into active buyers.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate sector.
3. Outstanding communication and convincing skills.
4. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
